No company wants to be met with negative headlines about their service, especially a commercial airline. To resolve this, we need to take a deep dive into the data, and see where we can improve.

We determined that efficiency could be increased by allocating more resources to the upkeep of the emergency parachute, unfinished movie player, and the landing gear since these parts took the longest time to repair on average. We also recommended that a predictive model be implemented to proactively upkeep parts instead of retroactively repairing broken down parts.
